“ COMPASSIONATE MIND TRAINING TO DEVELOP COMPASSION FOR SELF AND OTHERS “

Compassion is to recognize the suffering of others and then take action to help. This seminar allow us
enhance our mind and to have a deeper understanding about the significance of compassion in ourself
and people around us. It guide us to develop the ability to see things from other’s perspective and
sympathize with their emotions.

One of the best example in the seminar is pencil and eraser. A pencil commonly describe our life
situation. The role of eraser is important because it removes the mistakes made by pencil. Sometimes we
are doing mistake in our life but we have the ability to change it and do better. You can’t change the
past, but you can change the present.

In the seminar, you will deeply understand the self-compassion in relation to mistake. Being able to
relate to yourself in a way that’s forgiving and accepting. Make an effort to embrace your mistakes as
opportunities to learn. And you will realize that making mistakes doesn’t make you a less person,
especially if you’re willing to be better. Mistake will also help you to have a personal growth.

The seminar will enhance Every students to have a compassion for themselves and for others it can
improve how they perceive their interaction or relationship to other’s. And when you care about the
suffering of another, you feel a greater connection to other human beings and the world around you.
And accept yourself and others with kindness and care in response, remembering that imperfection is
part of the shared human experience. Learning from your mistakes is vital to your personal growth and
well-being.
