Warm Christian greetings!

The BS Information Technology program of the Cagayan State University is geared at producing would-
be professionals exhibiting competence, good sense of social responsibility, and unifying presence. With this, the
IT Capstone Project Course prepares students towards the holistic development of the 21 st-century skills thru the
actual planning, design and development, implementation and documentation of a relevant IT solution or system
application in actual organizations.

We, the undersigned students are currently working on a Capstone Project entitled “IQUIZ: AN
ANDROID APPLICATION THAT COULD MAXIMIZE THE LOGICAL-MATHEMATICAL INTELLIGENCE OF
THE CICS STUDENTS AT CSU-APARRI CAMPUS “This terminal course requirement generally aims “to
maximize the Logical-Mathematical Intelligence of the user, to create a fun educational game, and
to enhance the knowledge in mathematics.”. Some specific objectives could include: Identify the most
common types of accidents and their causes, identify high-risk areas, and develop predictive models. For and in
consideration of the need for the integration of IT solution in your esteemed organization, we wish to conduct the
capstone project activities in your organization. With high hopes, our major deliverable would include a relevant,
responsive, and reliable IT solution that would help you and your organization maximize the potentials of
information and communications technologies thru our IT application piloted in your organization.

In view hereof, we are formally seeking your approval and assistance for the conduct of our Capstone
Project. We have herein attached our concept note and timeline of activities considering the initial planning and
communication activities with your organization. Further, the organization’s suggestions and recommendation
during the phases of our Capstone Project will be much valued.
