I believe football plays a significant role in society by bringing communities together as a whole

through their love and passion for the game. It plays a strong role in many lives of all ages by

being a great source for relaxation and entertainment, as well as a great source for those are

hungry for wins and competitions. I am interested in being a part of any football staff,

specifically recruiting, because I want to make a difference in this industry for athletes, fans,

staff, etc. I want to increase the overall percentage of females in the football industry. I want to

be a mentor for student-athletes and professional athletes by helping guide them in the right

direction towards success and their new family. My goal is to build strong relationships with

athletes, so they know I will always be a safe space for them. I strongly believe I can bring a

strong voice and creative mindset to the football industry. In my personal and work life, I value

trust and honesty within myself and others. I honor who I am and what I bring to the table in

order to build positive relationships with the staff and athletes in my field of interest. I value

leadership and mentoring very strongly. I believe that it is very important to have strong

leadership skills in recruiting and office administration, because of how fast and largely this field

grows. I will bring my leadership skills into my workspace by being a mentor and providing

others with a strong source of knowledge and experience. I think it is very important to value

taking initiative and being a safe space for others to learn and ask questions. I always try my best

to remember that everybody learns in different ways at different paces. I value commitment in

my workspace and to myself. I strive to always be on time, prepared, and ready to learn and

work. Lastly, I value communication, especially in my workspace. I strongly believe it is

important to always communicate with others about my needs, what needs to be done, bad

days, training, etc. I value using my voice in a positive way to make a difference in my

workspace. I do my best to treat others in my profession with respect and honor, and as a
human being before a co-worker. My work is important to me, because I want to help student-

athletes and professional athletes achieve their dreams and find their home. I want to help

make their lives be the best they can be for themselves. My goal is to help these athletes find

out who they are, not only in football, but also outside of football. I want to help them find their

voice and who they are, whether it is with football or without.
