HOW THESE VALUES HAVE SHAPED ME AS A PERSON


All my life has been revolving these core values, which has made me
the person I am today, first of all the society or environment I find
myself is a very corrupt one in which immorality and criminal
deception are the order of the day. One can be easily influenced
because people who carry out these acts are glorified and idolized in
our society today.
If not for the values I hold to my very core, I doubt if I will be able to
join AIESEC or even apply for an EB position

6). MY AIESEC EXPERIENCE

My AIESEC experience so far has been a wonderful one and still ongoing ,
although I have not attended any conference but going for a volunteering
opportunity at the IDP camped changed a lot about me and changed my
perspective about life generally. It made me realize why the goal of AIESEC is
“PEACE AND FUFILLMENT OF MANKINDS POTENTIAL ” and this gives me peace
because I know if I follow the AIESEC way I will get peace and fulfill my potential

I am currently seving as the assistant secretary General of the Nigerian society of


Chemical Engineers (uniben)]

GENERAL QUESTIONS
1. I am very passionate and committed and I strongly belive in the AIESEC way
and the core values we hold strong. I have worked with the outgoing LCVP
FLA, Miss Sarah Attamah and I have learnt a lot from herand I believe I
have the skill set to be the LCVP FLA in the EB 20.21 in AIESEC BENIN.

2. I understand my strength and weaknesses. I have very good analytical sand


problem solving skills. I can work with teams and be a team player, these
areas of strength will facilitate my position as part of the EB.

As for my weaknesses, I am still struggling with public speaking, which is


going to be improved as I get more interaction with people. I will be lying if
I said I am conversant with EXPA and other AIESEC products but I am open
to learning

3. If selected on the EB, I would work with my colleague on the best direction
to move the LC to. I will also connect with other LCVP FLA in other LCs for
clarifications and experience to be actually bring out the best in my
performance

4. EVALUATION OF THE PERFORMANCE ,HEALTH AND SUSTAINABILITY OF


AIESEC BENIN
Evalauting from the time period stated above the performance of the LC
can be rated average. The health and sustainability has been good as
growth of membership increased.

members in the FLA Functional Area.

5. My measure of success is the increase of the finances of the LC while


maintaining a sustainable one financially

6. My expectation from the LCVP role if selected would be to benefit all that I
can from the experience , to develop myself all round and that of my team.

7. HOW I HANDLE BURNOUT

When I am experiencing burn out , I usually take a break and reflect

1. Analyze the current state of the FA what are the short comings and how
would you address them.

The FA right now is active and the shortcomings are lack of commited
members in the FA and the way I would address this simply recruiting new
and more committed members in the FA.
2. Explain the synergies that exists between FLA and other functional Areas.
What role do you play in ensuring that all Fas fufill their duty.
Finance Legalities and Administration FA is very key o the every day
working of the LC. Money is the physical blood of any organization and
managing and monitoring how this money is being spent is how FLA
ensures other Fs complete their tasks, by asking the other Fas on how they
spend their money , ensure they complete their tasks
