This appointment is effective from 1st Aug 2023 and you will report to Ashhad Ahmer. Your employment will be on a contractual basis, subject to the terms and conditions outlined
in the attached employment contract.

Salary and Benefits:

You will be entitled to a monthly salary of Rs.3,000 and will be paid on a Monthly basis. Additionally, you will be eligible for Rs.1,000 calling card monthly, and Petrol payments for
official trips. You will get 6% of commission as per the sales you make, additionally, A bonus will be awarded to your on the completion of targets monthly, as per the company
policy.

Work Schedule:
Your standard work hours will be 12pm to 6pm, 5 Days of week with Lunch break. Please refer to Ashhad Ahmer for any alterations in the work schedule.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Your role will encompass Making sales via cold calls, emails and dms. Research and cliental fetch will be done by you via your own social media forums and contacts. Few leads will
be provided to you by Laxo. Detailed information will be provided during the orientation process.
