    Dear Md. Afzal Hossain (Shakil),

    We are pleased to extend our congratulations on your successful selection as a Field Officer Executive at
    Ashol Property Ltd. We believe that your skills and experience will make a valuable contribution to our
    team. This letter outlines the terms and conditions of your employment with our company.

    1. Date of Joining: Your employment with Ashol Property Ltd. will commence on 28 August 2023.

    2. Working Description: You are expected to work six days a week, Saturday to Thursday from 9 AM to 6
    PM. Your weekly day off will be Friday. And your daily target will be selling at least 4 paid service packages.
    There might be some effect on the salary if failing to achieve daily target continuously. For buy sell
    properties, you must fix the commission rate of the company with the client at least 1-2% or above.

    3. Benefits: Your monthly salary will be 10,000 BDT (Bangladeshi Taka) and commission of 40% on every
    sale when you sale above the company’s daily target, and commission of 40% of the service fee when you
    close a rental deal, and a commission of 0.3% when you made a property sell, these amounts are payable
    on a monthly basis.

    4. Caution: The given ID Card, Magazine and Agreement form is the property of the company. There will
    be a fine of 200 Taka if lost the ID Card and 100 Taka if lost the Magazine. Please take care of them.

    4. Termination: Your employment with Ashol Property LTD is subject to the company's business
    performance. The company reserves the right to terminate your employment at any time if the business
    circumstances require such action.

    5. Confidentiality: During the course of your employment, you may have access to confidential
    information about the company and its clients. You are expected to maintain the confidentiality of such
    information.
