A RESOLUTION ENDORSING THE RENEWAL OF DEPUTATION ORDER OF THE

_______________ GUARD VOLUNTEERS (GVs) OF _______________________________
AS SPECIAL DEPUTY ENVIRONMENT AND NATURAL RESOURCES OFFICERS
(SDENROs) OF THE DEPARTMENT OF ENVIRONMENT AND NATURAL
RESOURCES (DENR) FOR CY 2023 TO 2024

WHEREAS, following the provision of Section ____ of RA _________, also known as

the __________________________________, among the powers and functions of the Protected
Area Management Board (PAMB), includes issuing all rules and regulations to implement the
provisions of this Act and promoting the policy declaration herein set forth, adopt rules of
procedure for the conduct of business, including the creation of committees to whom its powers
may be delegated, and to deputize interested individuals for the enforcement of laws, rules, and
regulation adopted under said Act;

WHEREAS, the_________were organized since CY 1997 and served as a protection

arm of _____________ PAMB, wherein a deputation order is necessary to continuously clothe
them with authority to detect/investigate violations of Republic Act Nos. 7586 as amended,
9147, and 8978; PD 705 as amended, other forestry laws, rules, and regulations; and the
PAMB’s acted/approved policies;

WHEREAS, the _______ is authorized to apprehend/seize the tools, equipment, and

conveyances used in the commission of the offenses and the natural resources/products
extracted, cut, gathered, removed, and possessed by the offenders in the process of committing
the offenses. Also, to arrest even without warrant any person who has committed, is about to
commit, and is committing in their presence any of the criminal offenses defined in the aforesaid
laws within the territorial jurisdiction of the Kitanglad protected area;

WHEREAS, the ________ assists in the enforcement of natural resources, laws, rules,
and regulations and the conduct of environment and natural resources information and education
campaigns such as public meetings/assemblies and other extension activities of the PAMB
concerned in coordination with the officials/personnel and/or private agencies involved in similar
work;

WHEREAS, the __________ shall regularly submit to the PAMB thru the Protected
Area Superintendent (PASu) a monthly _______ monitoring and Biodiversity Monitoring
System (BMS) reports.

NOW, THEREFORE, on motion of Hon. _________ duly seconded by City ENRO

BE IT RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved, to endorse the renewal of the Deputation

Order of the______________ Guard Volunteers (GVs) of ___________ as SDENROs of the
DENR for CY 2023 to 2024.
 RESOLVED FURTHER, that this resolution be furnished to the ________, the
___________________________ (COE), the Barangay Captains covering the ______ barangays,
and the _______ Local Government Units in ______________ with the corresponding list of
members being renewed.
