    Sub: -Request for cancellation of deployment order to the Hon’ble Chief Whip, Odisha.

    Sir,

    With due respect, and humble submission, I beg to state that I am working as
    Jr. DEO on contractual basis in H & UD Deptt. being appointed by Home Deptt. but due
    to scanty of funds I am unable to stay at Bhubaneswar in rented house moreover my
    wife is bed ridden in the last 12 years. I am only active member of my family, my help
    is always need by them. For which I am staying at my residence at Khallikote and
    attend office daily through train.

    You are therefor requested to kindly cancel my deployment order for which
    I shall remain obliged to you.
