Code of Conduct

Bo TeaTea is a Milk Tea Shop that upholds the distribution of Fresh, Delicious and Safe
Products (e.g. Milk Tea, Frappe, Milkshake, Sandwiches, Siopaos and Cake) in the market. This
code of conduct reinforces the Shop’s ideals in serving our precious customers well and in giving
the best products.

Code of Conduct
Employee Etiquette
1. Employees must show respect toward one another inside the workplace. The business
does not tolerate infighting or workplace violence and harassment that may blemish the
business’ reputation.
2. Workplace microaggression are forbidden.
3. Employees must be professional when communicating with colleagues, written or verbal.
4. Employees are expected to use a professional and friendly tone when serving customers.
