Section 1: Self-reflection

Identify what situation you will


be applying for this task.
State if you are relating it to
your job, your college work or
the scenario provided.

hours. Or, course timetables,

social outings or anything
relevant.

List four factors that may be


impacting on your wellbeing
in relation to your workplace.
You are to include personal
and workplace factors.

between your personal
wellbeing and the identified
workplace factors.
Think of your work-life
balance and how your
personal life may be affected
by your work life.

identified in your self-reflection
task.

Identify the appropriate style


and method of communication
that you will use to

This may be defined by
whether you attend online or
face to face and any
communication needs you or
your supervisor may have.

you would like to say to the
supervisor.
Remember this will be to
support your cause and help
you to feel empowered about
your own wellbeing in the
workplace.
