Proposal Writing Format
CONTENTS
The contents of the proposal must contain the following points:
1. Proposal Cover
The design is as creative as possible by the participants and must include:
Business Logo
Business Title
Business Category
Name of Members

2. List of Contents

3. List of Table

4. List of Pictures
5. Unique Value Preposition

Attributes that distinguish pre-existing products/services. For example: in terms of materials,

product function, price, service quality, geographical location, exclusivity, and process efficiency.
Besides that, it can also explain the problems are solved by making the problems that are solved
by making the product or service that will be run, the advantages of product compared to
competitors.

6. Marketing Structure And Strategy

Customer market projections such as:

- Geographic
- Demographic
- Characteristics and Profession
- Behavior
- Psychographic
- Interests and preferences

Segmentation and Targeting

The company's methodology to penetrate the market. Example: 4P (Price, product, promotion,
place). This section describes in detail the marketing strategy that will be carried out.
7. Feasibility

Implementation
This section describes the production flow, quality control of the products offered, risk mitigation,
and timeline for business expansion plan.

Financial Projection
The company's financial projections for 5 years. can contains Cash Flow, Net Present Value (NPV),
Internal Rate of Return (IRR), and Pay-Back Period. This section describes the feasibility indicators
for the design of the production budget, investment capital, and profit estimates. Can use BEP
(Break-Even Point) analysis.

8. Bibliography

Write references for writing proposals using the Harvard-APA style and sorted alphabetically.

9. Appendix
Screenshot of all Prototype/Mockup/Business wireframes (can be in the form of user interface
design, product design, and the like)

Pitch Deck Writing Format
1. Accuracy of material / material mastery
It is important for an innovator to comprehend deeply on their business plan. How far have they mastered their
material?
2. Ability to answer the questions
Such an essential thing to not only understand what they have worked on, but also have deep research and
already know the field of their topic. Can they answer the juries’ questions well?
3. Systematic Presentation
Whether It involves presenting ideas, concepts, or data in a way that is easy to understand and follow for the
intended audience or not. A systematic presentation has to have organized and structured delivery of
information or content in a logical and coherent manner. Has it?
4. Delivery
To attract investors, it is important to convey presentations as interesting as possible yet still having polite
manners. How do you pitch the juries with good word choices, interaction, and intonation?

The pitch desk presentation must contain the following points :

Participants are expected to come up with a presentation regarding their work in the proposal
The slides must be no more than 15 pages
The presentation should not exceed 10 minutes
Participants are required to submit their presentation via google form to the committee from 23
September 2023 until 29 September 2023
