SHOW CASUSE

It has been transpired from the time recorder sheet (both manual and Digital) that you regularly
Leave the office premises early and are also a habitual late comer. Management of PIDC has taken a
serious note of non-punctuality and breech of discipline and violation of PIDC Service Rules 24 (f) (o) (u)
and 34 (a) (b) (c) (d).

The above conduct on your part amounts to an act subversive of discipline & tantamount to
misconduct, as the same has been done without the approval of the competent authority.

On the basis of above allegations, you are hereby called upon to explain in writing, within five
days of the receipt of this letter as to why severe disciplinary action should not be taken against you in
addition to proportionate deduction in salary as per rules.

This has been issued with the approval of Competent Authority.

SHOW CASUSE

Your reply submitted vide letter dated 05-10-2018 in respect of show cause issued to you vide
letter of even number dated 01-10-2018 has been considered and found unsatisfactory. Because you have
not provided the reason or shown any prove that upon whose authorization you decided to arrive late or
leave early the office premises?

Mare submission of your application regarding the adjustment of timely issue with respect to
your admission in IBA does not allow you to act unilaterally and you should have waited for the formal
approval from the competent authority which you failed to seek.

In view of the forgoing, a lenient view has been taken and it has been decided to adjust your late
arrival and early departure with your balance sanctioned leaves rather than deduction in salary.

You are also hereby warned to refrain from reporting the same incident in future. Failing of
which could lead a severe disciplinary action against you.

This issue with the approval of the competent authority.

SHOW CAUSE

It is to inform that, you were found distributing letters with malafide/wrong information with
the senior authority and the others on 07-12-2018 with severe allegation on officers and staff
working in the Corporation.

Your above act constitutes misconduct/breach of discipline within the meaning of Rule 24 (c)
(o) (q) & (u) of PIDC Service Rules.

You are therefore required to explain within three (03) working days of the receipt of this letter
as to why disciplinary action should not be taken against you for the above misconducts.
