1. Explain why you are in favor or NOT in the implementation of Electronic Health Record in the
Philippine Health Care System.

Implementing electronic health records (EHRs) in the Philippine healthcare system offers several

better patient care. They enhance coordination among healthcare providers, leading to more efficient
and effective treatment plans. EHRs also contribute to patient safety by reducing medication errors and
