Accomplishment Report

S.Y. 2022-2023

I. Introduction

In compliance with the Dangerous Drugs Board (DDB) Board Regulation No. 5,
Series of 2007 under Section 77 Art IX of RA 9165 otherwise known as the Comprehensive
Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002, (Name of School) is acquiescence to propel the program as
one of the enjoined sectors of society to advocate and serve as models to young people to
live their lives away from the malevolent effects of drugs.

This DDB Flagship named BARKADAKONTRA DROGA (BKD) is designed as a


preventive education and information program for students to counter the threats and
devastating chattels of abusing drugs. It empowers the individual to be an agent among his
peers in advocating healthy and drug-free lifestyles through involvement in various
wholesome activities.

Hence, the school National Drug Education Program (NDEP) and Guidance Office
will work jointly to lead the implantation and then progress it to a “Barkadahan” concept or
a collective action among the students that would brace camaraderie, collaboration,
cooperation, solidarity, and connections in their mutual commitment to attain meaningful
life.

Objectives
To reinforce people's empowerment in leading a healthy lifestyle that is drug-free and
productive this activity aims to:
1. Establish a Barkada Kontra Droga movement
2. Train the people in advocating a healthy and productive drug-free lifestyle
3. Create a fully drug-free environment in the school. Home, workplace, and community
4. Encourage productive use of time and alternative activities
5. Provide support services towards the adoption of the Barkada concept among families,
educators, professionals, workforces, peer groups and other sectors

Activities Undertaken

I. Planning and organizing activities with approved proposals


a. Inform all the participants about the training utilizing school or district memos. Tell the coverage
of expenditure to be undertaken.
b. Create working committees needed.
c. Create guidelines for the proper implementation of the training seminar.
Implementation of the Project

Accomplishment
· The participants were knowledgeable about Dangerous Drug Awareness and equipped with skills
in practically applying health concerns and issues in Schools and settings.
· Budget was also emphasized and spent accordingly.
· The teacher was encouraged to give suggestions and opinions about the proposal of activities and
to collaborate with School____________ for the successful and comprehensive implementation of
the plan.
· Training proposals were executed as expected.

Recommendations
 Focus on presenting topics through significant types of methods to avoid boredom.
 Provide enrichment activities for each topic, especially for those who are unable to

 Time management in every activity is highly needed.
 An action plan in every school shall be implemented after the training seminar for the
implementation and continuity of this initiative.
 Conduct evaluation on the implementation of the BKD/NDEP Action plan in every school
 After the post-evaluation, the result and findings shall be considered in revising and
improving the training for the next school year.
