How to find your Vulnerable Customer – Module 2 Training (DT45)

Firstly, you will need to log on to the Openwork Portal. Once you are logged in, you should have a view like the screenshot
below.

Click on the cog wheel icon labelled ‘Your Apps’, which is found in the top right-hand corner of your portal page.

Then from the list of apps that appears, click to select ‘Insight’.

This will load Insight in a separate tab/window, which will appear as below:

** You may see different tiles available to you, this will be dependent on your access set up.
** Ensure that your Depth of Data Is set to Personal.

Click on your "My Assessments" tile (this may state ‘0 due’ as on the tiles Insight only shows something is due 2 weeks prior
to deadline). This will take you to a screen showing a list of assessments.

On the list you will see your “Vulnerable Customer Training – Module 2” assessment

Click on the tick icon found in the Actions column. Please follow the on-screen instructions.

You are now in your assessment booking. Ensure you follow the instructions on the screen , particularly the instructions
regarding opening the link as highlighted below:

Note:

If you do not open the link as per the instructions, you risk closing Insight fully once you have read all the training documents. If this
happens you will need to re-open Insight and follow these instructions again to get back to the Confirmation Screen (see below).

Once you have viewed all the Vulnerable Customer Module 2 training materials, you will need to ensure you tick ‘Yes’ on the Insight
Confirmation panel, as shown below.

Complete the ‘Assessment Booking Result Details’ section with the date and change the outcome to ‘Complete’.

Click ‘Save’
