 INTRODUCTION
Being an agricultural science student, it is my job to find out which environment is best
suited for plant growth, that is the reason I the researcher and group will be growing
tomatoes in organic and inorganic mulch to reveal which is a better alternative to plant
tomatoes. I the researcher and group will be observing a quantity of tomato plants, and the
pace of the growth will be represented using mathematical equations to reveal which mulch
is best suited for the growth of tomatoes in Guyana.
 Method Of Data Collection
I the researcher will be planting a quantity of tomato seeds on the 28 thApril,2023, the
plants will be closely monitored and observed over a period of 5 weeks, each Friday of
every week data will be collected based on the height of the stem, how many tomatoes have
grown and the length of the leaves of the tomato plant.
Aim
I the researcher chose this topic to find out which mulch can help increase growth and
production of tomatoes in Guyana.

Objectives
-To help increase the production of tomatoes in Guyana.
-To find out which mulch will improve growth of tomatoes inorganic or organic.
