Dear Ma’am Lea,

I am writing to you to propose our organization's idea of selling Graham Balls every
recess time in our school. We think that selling it would be a great way to fund our
project ideas since graham balls are a marketable dessert that only needs a few
ingredients. This idea is mainly to purchase three large trash bins for our school
campus and to repair the damage of our school’s bottle cage.

We planned to sell Graham balls to students in grades 7 to 10 in the morning and

afternoon sessions. Its price would either be Php 5.00 or Php 10.00, depending
on its size. Our adviser Ms. Angelica D. Natanauan will lend us our fund in the
meantime, and will be compensated by the profit of this sale.

Endorsed in this letter is the Graham Ball proposal. I know that this is our first time
to sell, but we YES-O officers guarantee that selling this dessert will be a great
experience for us as students, and it will have a profit that will be our fund for the
upcoming projects and events of our beloved school. Thank you for you time and
