2. What is a 360-feedback?
Employees that participate in a 360-degree feedback
system or process receive private, anonymous
feedback from those who work with them.

A. Using the space below. In your own words, explain the significance of giving employee feedback?
Giving employee feedback would give an idea to employee improve their lacking performance in a work. It is
important to give feedback to those employees who needed to receive it for them to improve their work and
develop themselves.
B. Have you experienced being criticized before? How did you handle it? Describe your experience.
Yes, I used it as step stone to improve myself and develop my work sufficiently. That time I was really hurt and
felt down however, the feedback I received before I turn it into positive way to helm me identify my own weakness
and lacking to work so that I can improve myself better in work.
2. What is a
360feedback?
A 360- degree feedback usually includes feedbacks from
several sources (peers, supervisors, subordinates).
Instructions: Now, it is time for you to figure one out on your own! Take time to read, analyze, and understand the
following questions. Answers will be discussed by the instructor after. Write your score on your paper.
Review each scenario individually. Identify the positive aspect of each situation. Then identify the negative behavior
or event that should be addressed. Finally, come up with a solution that can be used to stop it.
1. An employee works hard during the day and stays late to finish projects and assignments. However, she is
always tardy in the morning when reporting to work.
Positive: An employee works hard during the day and stays late to finish projects and assignments.
Solution: The employee should manage her time well to balance her work. She should sleep enough so she
won’t be tardy in the morning to work.
2. An employee is on several committees and continues to volunteer to work on others. In return, her quality of work
has started to drop.
Solution: The employee should start focusing on her work first before volunteering to work on others.
3. An employee is very hardworking, he usually finishes his tasks and activities before noon. In the afternoon, he
doesn’t do anything but play video games.
Positive: An employee is very hardworking, he usually finishes his tasks and activities before noon.
Negative: In the afternoon, he doesn’t do anything but play video games.
Solution: Time management. There is nothing of his work since he always finishes it hence, he should manage
his time of working and playing video games. He should set aside the playing video games outside the workplace
and play it after working time.
