    Dear Madam:

    This refers to the assignement of two (2) public school teachers to serve during BSK Election on
    October 30, 2023 at Barangay Iniwaran, namely: Ms. Salvaciion Escarlan Infante who will serve at
    Precincts 26A and 26B (Regular and SK) and Ms. Genlyn Montetde Escarlan who will serve at Precincts
    24A and 24B (regular and SK). These two public school teachers are sister and first cousin,
    respectively, of candidate for Sangguniang Barangay Memebr this October 30, 2023 BSKE at Iniwaran,
    Hon. Robelyn Escarlan Arrogante.

    It is my understanding and humble submission that since they are relatives of a candidate in barangay
    Iniwaran which a meritoruos ground, they could not serve or are disqualified to serve at the said
    barangay during this election.

    In view thereof, may I respectfully request your good office to replace or transfer them for such
    ground.
