Dear Mr. Arcillas,

Please accept this letter as formal notification that I am resigning from my position as SK
Treasurer with Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay Lunzuran effective immediately as of
tomorrow’s due August 30, 2023. I deeply apologize for nit being able to provide two weeks;
notice. I regret that, due to immediate release of my hiring statement from the Philippine Air
Force, I need to resign immediately.

I would like to thank you for the opportunity to have worked in the position for the past 4 years. I
have learned a great deal during my time here and have enjoyed collaborating with my fellow SK
Officials, the SK Kagawads and SK Secretary, and also to the whole Barangay Council. I will
take a lot of what I have learned with me in my career and look back at my time here as a
valuable period of my professional life.

Thank you once again SK and Barangay Council of Lunzuran! I will be forever grateful for the
opportunity, friendship, companionship and happiness that we have shared together in our
journey as public servants. All the best and good luck with your future endeavors! I will miss
you all! Dios te bendiga!
