Notice of CCHSG PTFA Annual General Meeting (AGM)

The Annual General Meeting will be followed by an Ordinary PTFA Meeting

I am writing to notify you that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) for Colchester County High School for Girls
PTFA, will be held on Tuesday 26 September 2023. The evening will commence at 19.30 hours with the PTFA
Annual General Meeting, followed by an Ordinary PTFA meeting. We anticipate that the AGM will last
approximately 30 minutes.
CCHSG PFTA plays a vital part in the school community and all parents/carers and staff, as members of the
PTFA, are invited to attend the AGM. This is your chance to hear updates on PTFA activities and to see how the
funds you helped to raise have been used for the benefit of the students. The AGM is also an opportunity for
you to elect the PTFA Committee, to represent the Association throughout the forthcoming academic year.
Existing Committee Members willing to stand for re-election and anyone wishing to stand as a Committee
Member for the first time, please email your interests ahead of the AGM to the current Chair, Mrs Anni Cullen at
cchsgptfa@gmail.com. Job descriptions for the various roles on the Committee accompany this Notice.
