Good day!

The Municipality of San Francisco in partnership with The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints
and Mabuhay Deseret of Foundation, Inc. will be holding a Child Nutrition Program and Free Eye Check-
Up Activity this coming May 25, 2023, Thursday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. The beneficiaries of the said
activities are (1) children aged 0-59 months from Barangays Northern, Western and Southern Poblacion
and (2) senior citizens, school aged children 17 y/o and below and indigent population, respectively. It
will be held at The Church of Jesus of Latter-day Saints in Brgy. Western Poblacion.

In line with this, we would like to request your good office to allow the following teachers from the
Department of Education to participate and assist us during the said event:

1. Mrs. Lalaine P. Catoto- Tulang Integrated High School

2. Mr. Glenn V. Plenos- Santiago National High School

3. Mr. Vel V. Plenos- Consuelo National High School

4. Mrs. Cecil P. Balledos- Sta. Cruz Elementary School
