CHARTER ANNIVERSARY OF THE BOY SCOUTS OF THE PHILIPPINES AND 2023
NATIONAL SCOUTING MONTH.

Dear Madam,

The abundant grace of the Lord be with you!

Pursuant to the National Office Memorandum no. 61, s. 2023, the Boy Scouts of the Philippines (BSP)
will celebrate its 87TH Charter Anniversary and 2023 National Scouting Month in October, the purpose of
which is to showcase to the public and its stakeholders the contribution of the BSP to nation-building
through the development of young people by actively engaging and supporting to become agents of
change in their respective communities.

In accordance with this, we would like to request your permission to allow our FVRNHS Senior Scouts
and aspirant members to participate in the Senior Scouts General Meeting on September 28, 2023
(Thursday), at 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. We would also like to request permission to hold the event in the
school gym. You may be guaranteed that no money will be exchanged during this activity. Additionally,
that our program won't interfere with classes.

The agenda of this meeting are:

 Preparation for scouting month celebration

 Weekly activities for the month of October in line with the scouting month celebration
 Senior Scouts' membership
 Senior Scouts smartness and good order
 Creation of Senior Scouts’ crews and courses
 Designation of crew leaders
 School-based encampment
 Senior scouts' advancement scheme
