    1. In preparation, our school will conduct an oath taking of the new elected officers of
    School Governing Council (SGC) on Saturday, September 30, 2023, 9:00am at
    the School Covered Court

    2. Participants: School Head, SGC Designated Co-Chairperson, SELG President,


    SPTA President, SMES Faculty Club President and SGC Members.

    3. The program aims to:


     recognize the newly elected SGC Officers; and
     provide a forum and ensure the full cooperation of parents and teachers
    in school programs.

    4. The participants in this induction program are newly elected SGC Officers and
    concerned teachers and advisers.

    5. The program is attached in this memo.

    6. Immediate dissemination of this memorandum is desired.
