DESIGNATION AS SCHOOL EDUKASYON SA PAGPAPAKATAO (EsP) COORDINATOR
1. In the exigency of the service, this office is pleased to inform your designation as
SCHOOL EDUKASYON SA PAGPAPAKATAO (EsP) COORDINATOR without
additional compensation effective July 19, 2023 and or until sooner revoked. This is
an add-on designation in your concurrent capacity as Teacher III.

2. Your competence and proficiency coupled with commitment and dedication are
traits that impressively speak for the extension of your designation.

3. As School Edukasyon sa Pagpapakatao (EsP) Coordinator, you are expected to:

 Provide technical support in the full implementation of the articulated basic
education curriculum for EsP and the development of learning resource
materials to suit the conditions and context of the locality;
 Focus on the promotion of culture of excellence in EsP through the
enhancement of EsP instruction under the guidance of CI chairs;
 Hold responsible and accountable in the preparation of all reports pertaining
to EsP;
 Capacitate EsP teachers with timely and relevant activities and trainings that
would further improve their competencies;
 Do root-cause analysis on the issues that maybe encountered related to the
subject and craft appropriate project to address it.
 Devise intervention activities for both teachers and pupils;
 Expose pupils to a variety of opportunities and experiences in EsP;
 Prepare performance targets and Work Plan in EsP;
 Submit Year-end Accomplishment Report in EsP;
 Conduct action research in EsP;
 Attend meetings and seminars called for by the district/division related to the
subject; and
 Do other related tasks.
