DESIGNATION AS SCHOOL SUPREME PUPIL GOVERNMENT (SPG) ADVISER
1. In the exigency of the service, this office is pleased to inform your designation as
SCHOOL SUPREME PUPIL GOVERNMENT (SPG) ADVISER without additional
compensation effective July 19, 2023 and or until sooner revoked. This is an add-on
designation in your concurrent capacity as Teacher III.

2. Your competence and proficiency coupled with commitment and dedication are
traits that impressively speak for the extension of your designation.

3. As School SPG/SSG Adviser, you are expected to:

 Shall monitor all programs, projects, activities, and meetings of the SPG at
all times.
 Shall act as the SPG’s mentor in governance and leadership. Specifically,
he/she shall:
o Oversee and examine all the SPG’s internal/external processes and
leadership practices;
o Promote good governance and transparency;
o Ensure the academic excellence as well as the social and emotional
welfare of the SPG officers;
o Conduct individual consultations with every SPG officer to gather
feedback on the efficiency and effectiveness of his/her performance as
an officer and/or the overall performance of the SPG; and,
 Propose recommendations for improvement based on the information
gathered from the individual consultations.
 Shall actively participate and coordinate with the Division Youth
Formation Coordinators for the implementation and management of Youth
Formation programs, projects, and activities.
 Shall prepare General Program of Action (GPOA) for approval and its
inclusion to the school’s AIP/SIP; and
 Shall submit reports and other pertinent documents as needed by the
Division Office from time to time.
