    Augustinian Greetings!

    An unfortunate event happened last March 10, 2023 where I forgot to remove my Nursing Pin
    and my Name plate when I handed in my laundry. It went missing right after I picked up my
    laundry from a nearby laundry shop in Fortunata St., Brgy. Villa Anita, Iloilo City. Good thing is
    my nameplate was still there and my nursing pin wasn’t. I talked to the person in charge in the
    laundry shop but they didn’t find anything. After this Incident I immediately took action and
    went to Suarez brothers to make a new one, their process would take about 45 days to finish.

    Hoping for your understanding and kind consideration. Thank you!
