    DOUBLE RAM PREVENTER INTERMEDIATE MAINTENANCE

    SN. CONDITION ACCEPTED EVIDENCE PHOTO COMMENTS

    Check the shell side plane, ram chamber, gasket


    1 ring, side door plane, side door sealing ring, groove
    and stop ring, and no defects affecting the sealing
    performance are allowed.

    Check the eccentric wear of the cylindrical surface


    in the vertical through hole of the shell, and the
    2 eccentric wear in any radius direction is not
    allowed to exceed 3mm.

    Check the working face of ram rubber core, no


    3 wear, tear, degumming, serious deformation, aging
    and other defects are allowed.

    Check the connecting groove between the ram


    body and the ram shaft to ensure that there is no
    4 crack or bending deformation; the width and
    height of the ram body are not allowed to have
    serious wear and deformation.

    Check the locking rod, no crack, bending, groove,


    5 locking shaft switch should be flexible.

    Check all threaded holes, and do not allow


    6 disorderly or missing thread.

    Visually check whether there are cracks in the ram


    7 cavity and flange root of the shell.
