are visiting. The customer services agent is trying to assist you with your enquiries but it is his/her

You are at the doctor´s surgery. You haven´t been feeling well for the last few days. Describe your
symptoms to the doctor and listen to his/her diagnosis. A, you are the patient. B, you are the

Tell the travel agent what you look for in a holiday and listen to his/her recommendations. A, you
