Building Permit

concrete construction. The walls, ceilings, and permanent partitions are incombustible fire-
resistive. The dwelling has to occupy not more than ninety (90)% of a corner lot and eighty
(80)% of an inside lot providing at least one (1) sanitary toilet and adequate washing and
drainage facilities.
