3. Separate raw materials from ready to eat food

4. Place products in an appropriate and sealed container.

5. Ensure adequate ventilation and temperature control to prevent off-odor and maintain
ingredients and raw materials in optimum condition.

6. Avoid overstocking, as this would increase the possibility of spoilage and contamination.
