You have two options for this project:

a. Option 1: Construct a Diorama


b. Option 2: Artwork Folio

However, you only choose one option.

The details of each option are on the following pages.

● Ensure you submit your project to your teacher by the due date.

● Ensure you fulfil each criterion.

● Be aware that plagiarism will result in a zero.


OPTION 1: Construct a Diorama

Construct a diorama of one of the following aspects of Japanese life:

● A Kabuki theatre,
● a Shinto Shrine,
● a traditional Japanese home from the Edo Period.

Ensure that you clearly label important features to highlight the significant aspects of your structure.

Each label should have a brief description of the significance of the feature that you are highlighting.

Remember, you must reference all details used to help with your design and labelling.

Submit the diorama to your teacher.

These can be paintings, drawings, pottery, wooden boxes or any other craft inspired by Japanese culture.
