2. Organizer signs two (2) copies. Items will only be allowed entry if covered by a properly accomplished Gate Pass.
3. Guard at delivery entrance checks the forms and items declared and keeps 1 st copy.
4. Exhibitor enters exhibit area with items declared and keeps 2 nd copy.
