THE TIFFANY’S DIFFERENCE

WEDDING COORDINATION TEAM

A Wedding Coordinator will meet with you and be your personal guide for every detail and
aspect of your day. We will discuss the logistics of your day, such as meal selections,
beverages, inclusions, table layouts and order of the day examples. We will assist you before
your ceremony, cue music and ensure your day goes off without a hitch.

REHEARSAL
We are pleased to offer you a ceremony rehearsal and time to drop -off all décor items. We will
also complete a thorough final check of menus and running of the day. Available for our 6-
hour & 8-hour collections only.

EXCLUSIVITY
When you book your wedding at Tiffany’s Maleny, you receive full and exclusive access to our
property during your hosted time frame.
 MAÎTRE D & WAITSTAFF
After your ceremony concludes and your guests make their way to the canape location, our
Maître D will take over and see you through until the last guest departs at the end of your
hosted time. Working alongside your MC, the Maître D will ensure the smooth-running of
your evening schedule, and our friendly waitstaff will take care of your every need.

PET FRIENDLY
We love your pets as much as you do, bring them along and have them participate in your
ceremony.

CONCIERGE
Upon your guest’s arrival, they will be welcomed by our friendly concierge who will assist with
parking, bus drop-offs and any mobility-impaired guests that may require assistance. Our venue
is fully equipped for wheelchair access. Our coordinators will also guide your guests to th eir
seats and ensure everyone is comfortable while they wait.
 FINE DINING MENUS

Whether you opt for a cocktail or grazing style experience or a more formal affair with your
guests enjoying your perfectly plated meal, our menu is sure to impress. All our produce is free -
range and locally sourced whenever possible. Our qualified chefs, not only create a menu to
make your mouth-water, but when presented will also be a work of art.

SPECIAL DIETARY REQUIREMENTS

Our team of chefs will work with your guest’s special dietary requirements and cater for them
separate to your chosen menu. Giving you the freedom to select exactly what you’d like from
your Collection’s enticing menu.

ALL-WEATHER VENUE
No need to stress about the wea ther, here at Tiffany’s you will always have an alternative
waiting, should the weather turn inclement. Alongside our dining room fireplace, we also have
full heating and cooling capabilities to climatise any area.
 FLORAL DESIGN TEAM

One of our Floral Designers will guide you through your chosen colour theme. We will assist you
in creating beautiful flowers to grace your guest tables and any additional flowers needed for
your special day.

STYLIST

Our lovely stylist will meet with you prior to your day and take care of the set -up on the morning
of the wedding. Taking all the pressure off, so you can enjoy more of what matters most from the
moment you wake up on your big day.

GARDENS
Perfectly manicured lawns, gardens, and grounds. Alw ays kept. Always photo ready. Our
dedicated maintenance team ensures even the smallest of things are just right in preparation
for your special day with us.
 MY TIFFANY’S PORTAL
A dedicated digital portal with countdown to your special day. A place to keep track of all
your documents and supplier information, order of the day, menu & beverage selections,
floorplans and more.

Tiffany’s Diamonds have been built into many of our Collections, as an inclusion. Please refer
to your Contract and chosen Collection page as to the amount of Tiffany’s Diamonds available
to you.

One Tiffany’s Diamond is equal to one dollar and can be used towards any items featuring the
Diamond icon pricing in the Shoppe Catalogue. Th ese will be allocated on your final invoice.

A maximum of 500 Tiffany’s Diamonds can be used towards floral items and/or a bar tab.

If you would like any items over and above your Tiffany’s Diamonds or inclusions, these will
be calculated and included for you on your final invoice. Floral items will be invoiced
separately and must be ordered in advance by obtaining a quotation directly through our
Floral Design Department at flowers@tiffanysmaleny.com.au.
