Worksheet #04 – Ethics

In order to change my negative attitude, it’s important to figure out first what
needs to be changed in my attitude. After that, I will evaluate myself and try to
determine what traits need to be improved. Furthermore, as my mind starts
thinking negatively and as my attitude starts becoming negative, I will start
controlling my brain and start controlling my negative emotions. I will say to
myself, "No, I am not feeling bad, I am feeling good, I am happy, and try to
smile." This fake emotion of mine will send out a fake signal to my mind, and I
will eventually start believing that yes, I’m feeling good, and compared to earlier,
my mood will improve a little.

It’s tough to do this, but it's not impossible, and if I train my mind, I will be able
to do it. I will use the affirmation, take a walk, think good about others, count my
blessings, and use every technique to let go of my negative mental attitude.
This will help me to have a wonderfully smooth and successful life.

3. Ethical Principles. Fill the table below with examples of ethical principles that you
must perform as a student and as a future teacher, administrator, or public
