I. INTRODUCTION

a. Background of the Project

Tonybee farm has less advantage in gaining customers’ attention. To

attract tourist, the farm should offer more exciting activities and build a
restaurant that serves native food and use high-quality ingredients. This
project was made from our Marketing plan to build a restaurant in order to
develop and introduce their foods to the public. Tonybee farm need to
male action to attract more tourists outside the Municipality.

b. Project Goal and Objectives

The main goal of this project is to make the Tonybee Farm known not
just for the natural scenery that has been given it from the start they open
but to the public by making native foods that will make the farm more
popular. To achieve this goal here are the objectives for this project:

 To build a restaurant for the public;

 To serve native foods and delicacies;
 Give costumers a good service;
 Better accommodation;
 To fulfill their cravings.

II. TIMEFRAME

a. Phase 1 – Conception or Initiation

Most of the business here in the Municipality of Buenavista are

foods. Commonly are the street foods, Pizza, burgers and other snacks
that you can enjoy. There are some food hub that offer heavy meals but
restaurant does not exist yet here in Buenavista. So, we come up with this
project to build a restaurant not only for the Buenavistahanons but also to
cater the upper class men to serve a good quality accommodation, service
and to introduce the native foods here in Buenavista.

b. Phase 2 – Project Planning

To foresee this project we have to make sure that Tonybee farm is

ready to face any risk. Especially on how to advertise their new restaurant
to the public and to start for the development. And prepared well enough
to entertain a new set of tourists. Here is the plan for the realization of this
project:

a. Hiring a chef to make the menu;

b. Food tasting;
c. Taking photos of the new food;
d. Inviting local influencers to advertise the new product through any social
media flatforms.

S.M.A.R.T. Goals

SMART goals stand for SPECIFIC, MEASURABLE, ATTAINABLE,

RELEVANT, and TIME-BOUND. Defining these parameters as they
pertain to your goal helps ensure that your objectives are attainable within
a certain time frame. This approach eliminates generalities and
guesswork, sets as a clear timeline, and makes it easier to track progress
and identify missed milestones. (Kat Boogard, Published December 26,
2021)

Our goal is to make the Tonybee Farm known to the public and to
entertain new set of tourists outside the Municipality. And by making this
we have to make a team that will help to achieve the goal for the new
Tonybee Farm. When this project will come to reality, there will be a new
reasons that tourists will come and revisit the Tonybee farm.

 SPECIFIC: We will build a restaurant to serve Native Foods to the

public.
 MEASURABLE: The goal is to attract more tourists and to revisit
the Tonybee farm.
 ATTAINABLE: Tonybee farm has been operating for the last three
years and now they want to offer new product from the farm.
 RELEVANT: There are many food venors around the Municipality,
that is why we want to serve a unique and quality foods.
 TIME-BOUND: In the future, Tonybee farm will be famous for there
foods.

c. Phase 3 – Project Execution

A Project Execution is the stage of the project where everything

your team has planned is put into action. Host kick-off meetings to get all
of the key players on the same page, map out detailed timelines, and
collaborate with everybody on a project plan.
Project execution means that you’re rolling up your sleeves and
taking action on everything you outlined in your project plan. Put simply,
you’re executing those strategies to get the project across the finish line.
