    DIRECTION: Express your agreement or disagreement with each statement by
    checking the space representing your choice. In the space provided, write your
    reasons to justify your agreement and disagreement with the given statement.

    1. Your zero or poor knowledge of research means you are not in a quality school.

    AGREE: DISAGREE: ✅

    ◼ I disagree because school affects your knowledge of research in just a small

    percent only. Yourself is the big factor in gaining knowledge in research. It takes

    time, effort, and will to improve your knowledge on research. School improves

    your skills on research but you should be determined to gain knowledge on

    research because if not, the school can’t help you. It really takes perseverance to

    enhance your research knowledge.

    2. To have a rich understanding of every aspect of your research means to


    approach it in naturalistic way.

    AGREE: ✅ DISAGREE:

    ◼ I agree because it allows the researchers to directly observe the subject in a


    natural setting. Researching in a naturalistic way will make your research
    more successful because you record the behaviors of your research subjects in
    real world settings. Naturalistic way means you communicate or make a way
    to deal with understanding the social world. An example of a naturalistic way
    or observation study would be researchers studying lions in their natural
    environment using hidden cameras, audio recording, people observation, and
    etc.
    3. You can quantify people’s worldviews. (Quantify means to measure).

    AGREE: ✅ DISAGREE:

    ◼ I agree because quantifying people’s worldviews is quantitative research. If


    you have a topic or problem and you did survey 50 people then 40 of them
    agreed and 10 of them didn’t so you will rely on more people than less.
    4. Research is exactly the same as inquiry.

    AGREE: DISAGREE: ✅

    ◼ They are almost the same but they do have differences. Inquiry occurs first
    before research. Inquiry focuses on more asking questions while focuses more
    on finding answers.
    5. You behave like a scientist in Research.

    AGREE: ✅ DISAGREE:

    ◼ I agree because when making a research paper, we use the scientific method.

    Scientific method is a process of objectively establishing facts through testing and

    experimentation. As a researcher and a scientist, they test the hypothesis and

    verifies observations and facts. They observe a lot to find and learn their topics.
