Scope of works

Note:

Number of head pulley replacement = 3 Jobs

1. Preparation of materials needed on this project

2. Remove bucket elevator top cover hood
3. Pull out existing drive head pulley and install with new refurbished head pulley
4. Install back the top cover hood
5. Conduct test run
6. Housekeeping

Terms and Conditions:

1. Contractor to supply complete labor, tools, miscellaneous, equipment, technical know-how,supervision

and transportation necessary to complete the project.
2. Holcim to supply all needed materials, water and power (at tapping points only) free of charge.
3. Contractor shall be held liable for all damages to persons, materials and equipment
that might occur as a result of the contractor's negligence during the execution of
the contracted work. In case of accident, Contractor to submit a written accident
report to Elect'l/Inst'n/Aut'n Maintenance as early as possible.
4. Contractor shall provide all his workers with personal protective equipment and uniform.
5. Contractor shall coordinate at all times to the project proponent / duly authorized
representative during the execution of the contracted work.
6. Payment shall be after project completion, less 10% retention to be due only after 30 days
from final acceptance of the completed project. Provided however, that the completed
project has no defects in materials and workmanship. If in case there is any, Contractors
to rectify the defects and or replace the materials at no extra cost to the owner.
7. Contractor shall warrant the works to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for
(1) year. Within this period, contractor shall repair/renew and or make good all defective
works without extra cost to Holcim.
8. Contractor must verify actual condition at site and shall include in their offer items of
work not shown nor stated but are deemed necessary to complete the project.
9. Contractor shall submit for the Owner's approval. No work shall be covered-up nor placed
out of view without the owner's approval. Contractor must give full access and opportunity
to Holcim to examine / measure any work which is about to be covered-up or placed
out of view or before permanent works are placed thereon.
10. Contractor to implement daily housekeeping of the working area. However, if the Contractor
failed to implement the daily housekeeping, after 24 hrs, Holcim will facilitate the cleaning by
hiring another entity but the cost shall be chargeable to the Contractor's account without
requiring Holcim of any proof of the cost for such deduction.
11. Holcim reserves the right to make changes in the plans and specifications as the work
progresses to suit to actual condition.
12. Contractors' workers shall be above 18 years old but not over 60 years old.
13. Contractor shall provide to all his workers with Identification Cards (ID) coterminous with
the project duration.
14. Winning Contractor to submit task analysis of the scope of works during processing of work
permit. No work shall be started without an approved general work permit,task analysis
and other permits required for the job.
