The Scope of the work is the Flushing Services for the GT 1 & 2 Lube Oil Lines.
During the lube oil flushing; Additional motor‐pump groups, Flushing filter containers, Mobile
filtration units, Consumable filter elements to be used during Flushing will be available on site.
All system interconnections, flanges, hoses, valves, unions etc. Materials in the by‐pass lines will
be listed after quantity takeoff and priced externally by the Subcontractor or supplied by the
Contractor.
Measurements, reports with the supply of measuring devices, instant on‐site measurement with
the German‐American Eaton Internormen online laser pollution measuring device, print‐out
output will be provided by the Subcontractor.
The supply of flushing oil (ISO VG 32 or 46) to be determined by being directed by the
Subcontractor belongs to the Contractor.
Dry flushing will be applied to all lines that can be applied before the oil flushing operation. The
Compressed Air supply required for this process, which is the responsibility of the Contractor.
Considering that the operation will last for 24 hours, ensuring that the entire facility is illuminated,
supplying the electrical energy that the Subcontractor may need, bringing it to the Subcontractor's
electrical panels by cable, transporting this energy to all places deemed necessary, delivering it to
the Subcontractor with panels ready for connection, when necessary Transportation, withdrawal
or cancellation is the responsibility of the Contractor.
Control panels together with the flushing equipment to be used during the operation will be
provided by the Subcontractor.
All of the carrier/lifting equipment such as mobile platforms, scissor lifts, pallet trucks, forklifts,
cranes that may be required during the operation, the supply and installation of scaffolding when
necessary, and field needs such as possible line revision and welding work will be fulfill by the
Subcontractor.
System line flushing values will be captured as ISO 4406 class ‐‐/15/12 and Eaton Internormen
device output will be sufficient for the result. The flushing operation will continue uninterruptedly
until the system cleaning value reaches the specified level, and the application that does not
expire within the stipulated contract period due to pollution will continue within the conditions
in Exhibit A item 17.

Subcontractor.
Organization, lack of materials, planning, etc. In case the systems cannot be delivered to the
Subcontractor for reasons and the service period (45 days) is exceeded, the operation will
continue within the conditions specified in Exhibit item 17.
Flushing will be performed with the existing oil tank which will be supplied by the Contractor.
The Subcontractor is responsible for making the system ready for the flushing operation to start,
commissioning, making measurements, reporting and monitoring the system. The workforce and
team that will perform the necessary work such as connection and line creation, assembly‐
disassembly, etc. during the entire operation belong to the Contractor, and the Subcontractor will
manage the entire process from start to finish. It is the Contractor's responsibility to leave at least
one observer during the night shift, as flushing is an operation that will last 24 hours after the
start.
Filter elements and/or mesh consumption are within the scope of the Subcontractor and will be
used in unlimited quantities as required.
All reasons that may affect the course of the lube oil flushing operation, cause delays, create an
obstacle to the realization of the operation, cause the operation to be stopped, interrupted,
postponed, canceled, waiting between two turbine operations, sagging or leaving the field and
returning again are outside the will the responsibility of the Contractor. It is the responsibility of
the Contractor within the scope of the transportation of the equipment specified in Exhibit item
3.
General Lighting at site will be provided by the Contractor.
It is the responsibility of the Subcontractor to carry out repair & maintenance and daily inspections
of equipment. These operations cannot be done during normal working hours.
It is the responsibility of the Subcontractor will provide minimum spare parts onsite in case any
emergency.
In case of failure of any equipment, no payment will be made to the Subcontractor for these
periods. If the equipment failure is more than 6 hours, the penalty will be imposed for the loss of
work created by the Subcontractor as the same hourly unit price per hour and will occur up to
replacement of equipment. During the maintenance and repairing period of equipment will be
considered as in the IDLE hours. The idle hours due to the repairing/maintenance period shall not
be paid to the Subcontractor.
It is the responsibility of the Subcontractor to carry out repair & maintenance and daily inspections
of equipment. These operations cannot be done during normal working hours.
The Subcontractor shall execute the services in compliance with good quality assurance principals
and in accordance with quality assurance policies, systems, procedures and work process
requested by the Contractor.
The Subcontractor shall submit the Timesheet of the Equipment to the Contractor for their
approval at the end of each working day and the approved Timesheet shall be used for the
Subcontractor's invoicing purpose.
All equipment operators must be ready to operate 5 minutes before working hours with their
operators, complete necessary HSE inspections and requirements. In order to prevent the job
losses that will occur if the operators do not comply with the working hours, 6 times the amount
of time the operator is late will be deducted from the construction equipment.
The hired Equipment(s) shall be in good condition and fit for the intended purpose. The Contractor
shall be entitled to ask for the replacement of the Equipment if he deems that the same does not
fit for the intended purpose. The Subcontractor shall replace the equipment if available.
The Subcontractor's personnel shall comply with requirements of safety and security that are
applied at the site location. The Subcontractor shall provide his employees with standard safety
apparel and tools suitable for their trade, type and location of work.
The Subcontractor’s personnel shall be appropriately qualified, skilled and experienced. The
Contractor may require the Subcontractor to remove any person employed on the Site, including
the Subcontractor’s personnel if applicable, who persists in any misconduct or lack of care, carries
out duties incompetently, or persist in any conduct which is prejudicial to safety, health or the
protection of the environment and Works. The Subcontractor shall remove the personnel
immediately and replace by a component substitute as soon as possible.
