WHAT IS YOUR PLANNING STYLE?

Taskmaster/Task Planning

I love the challenge of juggling multiple to-dos, and to do my best work when tackling a lot at
once. Task-based planning is often best managed with checklists: As you complete each task,
project, or phase of a project, you can check it off your list, giving you a sense of
accomplishment as you go about your day.

WRITE A BRIEF ESSAY THAT DESCRIBES YOUR PLANNING STYLE?

Task planning tools are useful for tasks with the possibility of different outcomes,
where risks of problems and failures exist and, therefore, require planning and all possible
assessing options as well as organizing activities and resources to deliver a successful result.
This method means that you should act like a taskmaster person who allocates and manages
tasks within time budget of the project.

Example is to breakdown the work into detailed by detailed. I should carefully detailed
every activity that I am doing everyday.in organization, I should carefully detail every activity
the project team will execute. In this way, the team leaves no chance of missing any aspect of
the project and it also helps the team plan and assign proper resources.
