PROGRAMS) MVP TECH is required to continually improve the suitability, adequacy, and effectiveness of the HSE management system in order to prevent occurrence of incidents and nonconformities, promote a positive occupational health and safety culture and enhance OH&S performance. Continual improvement process to be adopted in the project includes: 1. Promotion of good practices deed as implementation of rewards program. 2. Implementation of Safety campaigns such as medical surveillance day, Heat stress campaign, Health day, Safety day etc. 3. Direct involvement and participation of top management in all HSE related programs. 4. Engagement with Local community on safety related awareness programs. 5. Proper Management of Change Process 6. Ensuring Intensive training for all project staff 7. External auditing of HSEMS and closing out of non-conformances in addition to implementing lesson learned actions in all aspect of the project.
