TERMS & CONDITIONS:-

1. Payment Terms.
a. 50 % Advance along with purchase order.
b. 25% at inspection.
c. 25% after successfully installation.
2. The supplier shall provide WHT exemption certificate otherwise taxes will be
deducted as per law of the land.
3. The supplier will open LC fulfilling all the requirements and will also make
payment to the principal in Foreign exchange at his own end,
 4. Above dimensions is tentative. The supplier shall submit as per site shop
drawings for approval.

5. The supplier is responsible for two year free maintenance from date of taking
over.

6. The supplier shall warranty for the material and equipment provided through this
contract to be new of good workmanship and shall be free from any defects. If
within (24) calendar months from the date of physical completion/ taken over by
the engineer-in-charge any component of equipment provided is found to be
defective in workmanship or quality. The supplier shall replace/ repair the same
to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge at his own expense immediately
but not later than the period fixed by the Engineer-in-charge failing which
necessary repair/replacement of the item will be carried out at supplier’s risk and
cost and expenditure will be recovered from the supplier
7. The Supplier shall be bound to train the MES/Factory Staff BPS-06 to 11 for
operation/maintenance of equipment.
8. Original Invoice, Delivery Letter, Bills and Warranty Certificate of the
manufacturer to prove the genuineness of the metrical/equipment will be
provided by the supplier.
9. The supplier shall be responsible and fulfill all the technical requirement of our
client MES.
10. In case of substandard material the seller is under obligation to replace at his
own

For the supply and fixing of 2x125 M Billet. Suitable for 52.66 M span.
