Marks and Visual Identity Manual sets the visual standard in all
communications, presentations, learning resources, advocacy materials,
citations, and documentations.

It also prescribes the color-coded IDs. Blue for third level positions appointed
by the President, red for chiefs and other plantilla or regular items and yellow
for contract-of-service and consultants. There shall be two DepEd IDs; 1 ATM
size and 1 CSC prescribed ID.

In leu with this, DEPED ID CARD MAKER was developed for easy and simple system
of printing of DepEd prescribed personnel IDs.
DEPED ID CARD MAKER is a standalone, small and easy to use desktop application
for ID Card printing system of DepEd regular and contractual personnel. It supports
printing for both CSC prescribed and ATM size ID cards.

• Windows Operating System (Windows 7, Windows 8, windows 10)
• 32bit or 64bit processing architecture
• At least 1GB of memory(RAM)
• ≈ 14MB of free disk space for extracted installation files
• (Unfortunately the application cannot run on android and or apple
devices.)

This is where you can
add, edit, or delete a
record. Each record
represents an entry of
personnel in the
application whose ID
cards can be printed.

Add Record button.
The entry form will enable
to allow the encoding of
the information related to
the personnel.

name of the personnel.
Take note of the name
formatting which follows
the School Form 1 (SF1)
name format:
“SURNAME,FIRSTNAME,

you can preview and set
the printer settings before

By default, CSC prescribed
ID card size is selected,
and only one card is being
displayed on the preview.

As you can see, there is a
QR code in the back face
of the card. It stores
information of your name,
sex, date of birth,
employee ID/ No, and
address . Each data is
separated by semi-colon
(;) if in case you need to
parse the information.

To print multiple ID Cards
at once, uncheck Print by

Record option, and set the
range of records you want

Range group box. Click
Refresh Preview to update
the preview.

Mirror Image
The Mirror Image option
when checked mirrors the
display of your ID Cards.
You can use this when
printing Cards on PVC
sheets that require
mirrored images.

Single Face
The Single Face option
when checked displays
only either the front or the
back face of the cards.
You can use this when you
want to print on the both
faces of the paper instead
of folding the paper.

Click Back Face option to
display the back-face of the
ID cards on your target
paper.
It automatically maps the
location of the front-face id
cards. When you print, the
cards align to their respective
sides. You can save your
extra sheets with this option.
