6) Occupational, and 7) Environmental
1)Physical
Physical well-being is a global condition of the body in
relation to pathologies and physical vigor, that is, it is
the absence of diseases associated with a good
functioning of the metabolism. This means having the
stamina to walk or the strength to carry out a common
activity, but without uncomfortable discomfort at the
end of the day.

Examples of how I incorporate each dimension:

having a healthy diet, undergoing therapy, exercising,

practicing self-love, doing meditation.
2)Intellectual
Intellectual is an adjective that characterizes
something or someone who performs an activity of a
mental nature, related to intellect and intelligence.
An intellectual is a person who produces thoughts.
This term can also assume the classification of a
noun and represent a person who lives exclusively
from their intellect, that is, from their intelligence
and things that require mental application, such as
culture, the arts, music, literature, etc.

Examples of how I incorporate each dimension:

reading while keeping my mind active, studying new

languages and cultures.

behavioral changes that
influence our daily activities. It
involves managing feelings and
behaviors.

family, friends, lovers or spouses and also

Environmental well-being, a state of

one's own responsibility in relation to the quality
of the air, water and land that surrounds us. We
may not think much about Environmental
Wellbeing as part of an overall wellness plan, but
our environment and how we feel about it can
have a huge impact on how we feel in general.
