Who am I?

This seemingly simple question made me think “Do I really know

myself?”. As a senior high school student at the age of 19, I am in the process
of discovering and defining who I truly am. I am a product of my experiences,
interests, and relationships. I am someone with ambitions, dreams, and a
sense of purpose that have shaped my thinking in a logical manner.

I have encountered countless situations that have allowed me to learn and

grow. Whether it's studying for tests, participating in extracurricular activities,
being part of the student council or facing challenges in my personal life, each
experience has made me more rational in my decision-making. By reflecting
on my experiences, I’ve learned to look in a different perspective, evaluate the
possible outcome of my decision, and make wise choices. For instance, when
faced with a tough decision between choosing different career paths, I
carefully weigh the pros and cons. I consider factors such as my passion,
skills, and long-term satisfaction. By approaching decisions rationally, I can
avoid impulsive choices and make well-informed decisions that align with my
dreams.

My dream is to become an architect because I have always been fascinated

by the design and construction of buildings. I am passionate about art, that’s
why I’m excited about the prospect of using my creative skills to design
sustainable and aesthetically pleasing structures. Becoming an architect
would allow me to contribute to the betterment of society by designing spaces
that will improve the quality of life for individuals and communities. With
determination and hard work, I am confident that I can turn my dream into
reality.

Thus, thinking rationally would allow me to learn from my mistakes and adapt
my strategies, increasing my ability to overcome obstacles, instead of being
discouraged by setbacks or failures and stay on the path towards achieving
my dreams.
