I. Situationer

The roads in some places in Lambunao are still in poor condition, or most of the roads that are connected to farm barangays
are still rough roads. Most of the vehicles that are traveling in those areas, going to the market or town, look dirty because
of the dust on the roads.

II. Proposed Location

The proposed location of this business is located near the town’s proper beneath the road that is used by most of the
traveller that came frm the farm barangay. The area in the map are the possible place for the building the business.

IV. Marketing strategy

The strategy that I will do to boost the business is to advertise it in local radio stations that will introduce our offers, which
are giving them a freebie, a free air refill for their tire, and free inspections for their vehicle's concerns. Creating a Facebook
page also to post the updates that will inform the customers of the newest offers of services.

V. Estimated Capital

Bank loan will be the source of capital for the business. The amount of money that will require to invest in my business is
php 100,000 that also includes the tools for repairing and equipment for carwash.
