Maintenance Personnel

Job Description

● Repair broken locks, fill gaps in walls, and other minor repairs.
● Check control panels and electrical wiring for problems.
● Set up appliances and equipment.
● Maintain the garden/yard by trimming the grass, collecting trash, and so on.
● Perform maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs.
● Inspect and repair equipment and systems (like ventilation)
● Examine the safety systems' functionality (like fire alarm)
● During renovations, work with workers and other professionals.
● Inspect and report any problems to a facilities or maintenance manager.

Job Specification
● 25-35 years old
● Male
● Fundamental understanding of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
● Experience with hand and power tools
● Reading technical manuals and drawings
● Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
● Physical endurance and agility
● A high school diploma or its equivalent is required.
● Apprenticeships must be completed successfully.

Security

Job Description

● Patrols property, monitoring surveillance equipment, and access points to secure

premises and personnel.
● Looks into security breaches, incidents, and other unusual behavior.
● Traffic is controlled by directing drivers.
● Reports are completed by documenting observations, information, occurrences, and
surveillance activities.
● Ensure that guests sign in and out upon arrival and departure.
● Make guests aware of the rules that must be followed.
● Remove any trespassers or unwanted guests from the property.
● If a crime or an accident occurs, notify the appropriate authorities.
● Regularly report to your superiors.
● Notify the supervisor of any suspicious activities.
