Total Work Area: Ground Floor to 4th Floor- 86,994 sft

Work Scope: Project Analysis, Design & Consultancy.

Total Amount= BDT 130,000.00

Payment Schedule :
100% of the total amount along with the work-order as advance.

Services Includes for Active Fire Detection & Protection System Design :
1) Approach to Active Fire Detection & Protection System:
a. Physical Inspection of the site/s - 1 Visits.
***If any extra visit is required by the request of the customer for any particular reason in regards to fire protection and detection,
a three days notification would be required.
***Consultant Fees for Extra Visits: BDT 7,500.00 per visit.
b. Gather Project Requirement.
c. Code Analysis for the facilities.

2) Active Fire Detection & Protection System Design & Drawings:

a. Automatic Fire Alarm System proposed design preparation.
b. Fire Protection system proposed design preparation.
c. Battery and voltage drop calculation.
d. Hydraulic calculation.
e. Schematic drawing and isometric drawing.
f. Prepared bill of quantity.

3) Design Submission:
a. 1 sets of drawing will be submitted to client signed by the consultant.
After successful completion of the project, 1 full set of as-built drawing will be submitted to the client along with PDF copy of the
