ABSTRACT
Background: Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19) is a respiratory infection caused
by the virus Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus-2 (SARS CoV-2).
Effective ways to prevent SARS CoV-2 transmission in the community are
wearing a mask, washing your hands with soap and running water, keeping a
minimum distance of 1 meter from other people, avoiding crowded places, and
not touching your eyes, nose, or mouth when coughing. Cover your mouth and
nose with your bent elbow or a tissue when coughing or sneezing. Protective
behavior is the key to overcoming the Covid-19 pandemic, and vaccines are one
of the main ways to reduce the transmission rate of Covid-19. Vaccines are
inactivated or attenuated antigens (microorganisms) that, when administered to
healthy individuals, induce the production of specific antibodies against these
microorganisms. Objective: This study aims to determine the relationship
between pregnant women's knowledge of the Covid-19 vaccine and their
willingness to be vaccinated at the Mandiraja 2 Primary Health Center in

using a questionnaire sheet with a total of 45 respondents. An analytical survey
with a cross-sectional approach was used as the research method. The accidental
sampling method was used in the sampling technique. The SPSS program was
used for data processing, along with Fisher's Test. Result: According to their level
of knowledge, 33 respondents had good knowledge and 12 had less knowledge. In
terms of willingness to be vaccinated against Covid-19, 39 respondents were
willing to be vaccinated, while 6 respondents were not. The analysis test resulted
in p=0.035 (0.05), indicating that there is a relationship between the level of
knowledge and the willingness to administer the Covid-19 vaccine to pregnant
women at the Mandiraja 2 Health Center in the Banjarnegara Regency.
Conclusion: The relationship between pregnant women's knowledge of the
Covid-19 vaccine and their willingness to be vaccinated at the Mandiraja 2 Health
Center in Banjarnegara Regency. Suggestion: It is hoped that the findings of this
