Employer & the Contractor are requested to attend the said meeting.

(ii) Method Statement for Dismantling & Excavation Works - Action by Contractor awaited;
(iii) Appointment of Project Manager / Authorized Representative - PEC Registration
Certificate, Action by Contractor awaited;
(iv) List of Contractor’s Site Staff - Action by Contractor awaited;
(v) Submission of 06 Copies of Contract Documents (Volume I, II & IV) – Still awaited;
(vi) Submission of Insurance Policies – Action by Contractor awaited;
(vii) NESPAK Site Staff office & Transport Facility – Action by Contractor awaited;
(viii) Establishment of Field Laboratory & Qualified Lab Technician – Action by Contractor
awaited;
(ix) Sign Boards – Action by Contractor awaited;
(x) Working Days/Hours – Action by Contractor awaited
